"Everything in life is temporary…So if things are going good, enjoy it, be the best in what you do, because it won’t last forever. And if things are going bad, don't worry. It can’t last forever either."
What I like about new year is that it gives us opportunity to start fresh..to start a new life. But before I plan and put my life in perspective for this coming 2013 here are the things that I am thankful for 2012:
- Thank you for giving me the chance to fall and be loved by someone like hubby. Thank you for the 17 months of selfless love. I cannot match the love that you have given and I will always treasure it. I wish that you find happiness that you deserve. You will always have a place in my heart.
- Thank you to my employer for putting their trust in me in handling my own team. My gratitude is beyond measure for all the chances they have given albeit I have my short comings. Thank you for the promotion.
- Thank you to my agents for teaching me how to become a good leader. The lessons I have learned the hard way thought me how my team should be handled professionally without compromising our relationship as a leader and a subordinate.
- Thank you to my colleagues at work for their patience with me. I don't know how I will survive the industry if not for your constructive and destructive criticisms. I learned a lot and I will keep learning. I promise to share whatever knowledge I have in the spirit of fairness.
- Thank you to my family for the moral and financial support that they have given during my difficult time. I am humbled to be remembered by both sides of my relatives from my mom's and dad's. To my cousins, and Aunts, Uncles.. Thank you for the hospital visits and Christmas visits. God Bless You All.
- Thank you to my Mother and Father for playing their role to me during my time of crisis. I felt the love of my parents. I felt like we were never broken. Thank you mom and dad!
- Thank you for all my adventures and the misadventures this 2012. I'm happy that I was able to go to Cebu and experience the Queen City of the South. I'm happy that I was able to visit the hometown of my mother Tagbilaran Bohol and visit our ancestral house and see my relatives and experience the Fiesta celebration of Bohol! I will never forget my Danao Adventure! Of course my Caramoan Trip! I look forward to my must-see and must-visit places in 2013. Thank you for the strength Lord.
- Lastly, Thank You for the 2nd life Lord. My near death experience with Asthma made me realize many things that I have taken for granted in my life. There are many things that I have yet to experience, many things I have yet to experience in this life. I'm not yet ready to die that is for sure. So for the 2nd life, I will treasure every second. I will make sure to enjoy every moment, and be the best in what I do for everything in life is temporary..
